Processing and Shipping

All Items are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days immediately after the order is placed. If there is any delays for any order you will be notified and compensated for any inconvenience.

Deliveries and Drop-offs 

During the semester, I will be located on IUP's campus and available to do deliveries or drop-offs in your mailbox. These arrangements should be made through email only.

Returns and Refunds 

All items are non-refundable. If your order is damaged or broken upon arrival please notify me via email with pictures of the damage or a description of the problem. You should expect an response within 24-hours and compensated properly.
